Classes

Each class is totally unique: Sandrine creates an energetic and empowering mix of songs, and writes the moves for each class based on this selection.

With over 40 classes to date, you will always ride to a different class and leave the studio pumped with fresh energy!

AMBIANCE

Music up. Lights down. The cycling room is dark with gently dimmed lights, encouraging you to work your hardest, while being carried forward with the amazing group energy. Simply clip in and transform your enjoyment of fitness!

BIKES

They are totally unique! The front of the bike tilts 20 degrees to the left and right, which allows a fluid and natural full motion, and makes each session much more fun and dynamic.

You automatically engage your core muscles from the moment you start pedaling until the end, which make it a more complete full body workout- and helps you burn 20% more than on static bikes.

COACHING

The full body cardio workout helps you shape, tone, muscle or reduce any part of your body
a 45 minute session can burn on average 500-900 calories
different moves synch with a motivating playlist and creates the perfect balance between cardio workout, core strengthening, and time to switch off and de-stress!

Other Workouts

PILATES

Pilates exercises focus on balance, concentration, control, centered awareness, fluid movements, and breath. We use pilates rings, balls and elastics during the class.
Using specific movements, you will develop stamina and improve your posture, alignment and core strength.

CORE WORKOUT

Your body will thank you. And so will your mind.

Our specialised core workout routine will help you take your body to the next level.

No weights. No machines. Just intensive, deep core exercises that tone, firm, build muscle, improve posture and enhance your well being.

BARRE

Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
Inspired by the warm up routines of ballet dancers, Barre is carried out on a matt, and works specific muscles to reinforce core strength, movement and flexibility.

STRETCHING

Stretching is amazing for the body and for the spirit.
It is essential in order to lengthen the muscles, improve posture, release knots and stresses… The exercises are coordinated to soften and reinforce flexibility of joints and muscles.
It also helps tone and shape your body, and also keep your joints young and healthy!

SOFT GYM

Suitable for a senior audience or for pregnant women, the soft gym allows you to train gently. But that does not mean that we do not work for all that. It helps improve heart rate, flexibility and muscle building while relaxing.

DANCE FOR KIDS

Our ability to dance exists before we can even speak! Children naturally move their bodies to express themselves, to have fun or to simply release tension.
This natural movement becomes a dance when the moves are structured and given a method for expression.
Dance is an excellent way for children to learn to channel their energy and to express themselves.
We offer classic ballet classes in small groups in a happy and inspiring environment. Contact us for more details.

Are the bikes adapted for everyone?

Yes! The seats and handlebars are easily adjustable. Your coach will set you up correctly during your first class, and we will set up you bike ahead of each class you come to.

What do I need to bring? How should I dress?

Apart from a smile, you don’t need to bring anything. You should dress in comfortable sports clothes (leggings/t-shirt)

We have a lovely selection of T-shirts, tank-tops, brassieres specifically for sports; as well as shoes and gourdes for sale in our Shop.

What time should I arrive for the class?

For your first class, arrive 15minutes ahead so that we can set you up properly on the bike, and show you the different moves.

After that, if you arrive 10 minutes ahead of time, you have enough time to get ready to enjoy your class!

Please note: do not be late! It is not possible to join a class once it has started. The warm up period at the beginning of the class is essential so that you can complete the class in great form.

Are there different levels of classes for beginners/advanced riders?

No; each class is adapted to every level. The more resistance you put on, the deeper you work, so each class works as well for a beginner as someone training for an ultra-marathon!

How long does a class last?

You should count on 1 hour: each class is between 40-50 minutes and there is 10 minutes of stretching at the end.

What should I eat before a session?

Make sure to drink water, and have a little snack before your class (banana, cereal bar, nuts…) Do not do sport on an empty stomach!

After the class, make sure you drink a lot of water to help your body eliminate the toxins we breakdown during the workout.
